This is an audio post containing an interview with Dani's Keyboard player where he shares his thoughts about playing in Dani's band.

Dani Gigs.

Dani and the band have played some great shows recently. The head of the Memphis Music Commission, Rey Flemings, came out to her show at Isaac Hayes on May 7th, which we greatly appreciate. We appreciate Rey coming out and the opportunity for Dani to perform as a part of the Memphis Summer Concert series created by the Memphis Music Commission. Dani and 15 other great Memphis artists will perform 2 hour shows every Wed night running from Mid-May to late August. Dani will be down there with her Very Dangerous Band on Wed August 10th.

We just got back from the road where we were one of the headliners for the Bixby BBQ and Blues festival outside Tulsa, OK. We played there last year and they wanted us back again so we traveled back to OK on the 14th and played a killer 2 hour show in front of about 2,000 people. We made some new friends and fans and they said they want us back next year. I wish you could have been there and seen the response as Dani closed the show with her version of "Stormy Monday". It was awesome.

Dani is playing Isaac's again on June 3rd and we play as the headliner for the "Will Play for Change" tour at Crossway Church on Altruria in Bartlett. Just take I-40 east to Sycamore View Rd Exit and go north (Left) on Sycamore View. Stay on Sycamore View until you get to Summer Ave and turn Right and then go thru 2 lights (the 2nd light is Elmore) and then turn left on Altruria. You'll go about a mile and you'll see CrossWay on the left. There will be about 8 bands performing to raise awareness and money for the Mission of Mercy program that assists children that are victims of natural disasters like the Tsunami. Please come out to this show. Dani will perform a unique show and share with everyone there from her heart.
